These Terms of Use, also referred to as the End User License Agreement ("EULA"), govern your use of the TimeCarder mobile application (the "App") provided by TimeCarder (the "Service Provider", "we", "us").
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a mobile device you own or control.
This license is for personal and non-commercial use only, subject to this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract source code

Create derivative works from the App

Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices

Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell access to the App

Bypass or disable security or verification mechanisms
All intellectual property rights in the App remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
TimeCarder offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Available plans:

Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week

Yearly Plan: $24.99 per year
Billing Terms

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.

Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the renewal period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via:

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may be adjusted based on App Store rules and regional pricing. If a change occurs, you will be notified by the platform.
Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. If you need a refund, request it through your App Store purchase history.
4. Free & Paid Features
TimeCarder uses a freemium model:
A free base version plus optional premium features available with an active subscription.
Features included in each tier are displayed inside the App and on the store listing.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information.
By using TimeCarder, you agree to all practices described there.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party SDKs and services such as analytics, crash reporting, ads, and purchase systems.
Examples include:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- One Signal
- Mixpanel
- RevenueCat
Each service has its own Terms and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party tools.
7. User Content and Conduct
TimeCarder may allow you to enter or store data (e.g., logged hours, shift details).
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of running the App.
You must not upload or use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.
We may remove data or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Updates and Compatibility
We may release updates, patches, or new features.
You agree to accept updates when offered to ensure the App works properly.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or future OS version.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TimeCarder at any time, with or without notice, if:

You misuse the App

Operation becomes no longer feasible
After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
10. Disclaimers
TimeCarder is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Accuracy
-
Security
-
Reliability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost wages, lost data, lost profits

Device issues or compatibility problems
-
Errors in user-entered data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which the Service Provider operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise this EULA at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid and in full effect.
